What forms of payment do you accept?

Signaturebowties.com accepts all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Bill Me Later, C.O.D., and checks at this time.

Is it safe to shop online?

We utilize 128-bit SSL certificates to keep your information safe and secure. Our website is certified secure by Verisign and the Better Business Bureau Reliability Program.

All credit/debit card transactions are subject to authorization by the credit card company. If the company refuses to authorize payment for any reason, we will not accept the order.

When will I be charged?

When the order is placed your credit card or debit card will be authorized and an actual charge will show on the card provided.

SHIPPING

If I place an order right now, when will it arrive?

If you place an order right now (why wouldn't you?), we will pack and ship it out within two business days. Most orders are shipped same day if the order is placed before noon eastern standard time. The time it takes to receive your package will depend on where you live. All orders are shipped from New Jersey.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

We take damaged and defective items very seriously. If you have a problem with your order, please email us at info@signaturebowties.com and we'll help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The color of the item I received doesn’t match the color on the website. Why?

We work very hard to photograph and process every photo so that the colors depicted are as accurate as possible. However, the colors of your monitor, smartphone screen or tablet, can vary. Every device has its own set of colors, contrast and calibration.
